wild catnip & eucalyptus skincare salve

wild catnip harvested in wisconsin, wild eucalyptus harvested in arizona. infused in cold pressed raw coconut & olive oil with local beeswax. 

use topically on skin, hair, lips, etc. this product is edible and safe to ingest.

 medicinal properties of catnip when applied topically: reduced swelling, soothes burns & bug bites, antibacterial, prevents infection, ease muscle and joint pain including cramps, provides deep relaxation in general.

eucalyptus has similar cooling properties as catnap,  eliminating redness in skin, acne, & serves as a slight sunscreen. the calming, fresh aroma therapeutic scent of eucalyptus is popular among beauty products & is one of my favorites

olive oil is an ancient medicine full of polyphenols & nourishing qualities. when applied directly to the skin it has a moisturizing effect and serves as an antibacterial treatment. damaged skin can repair quicker, including scar tissue. olive oil alone is what i grew up using in the same way most people use lotion.
